Returns & Cancellations
We want you to enjoy your Tubewatt product. IIf you change your mind, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return your order. Please inform us prior to returning any items, so we can assist you with the process and arrange your refund once the item is received.
Warranty
Tubewatt products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for six months after purchase. IIf a problem arises due to a production defect, we’ll repair or replace the unit at no cost. Please note that this guarantee does not extend to issues caused by misuse, neglect, or other damage unrelated to the way the product was built. Warranty service applies only to the original buyer.
Repairs
Even if your product falls outside of warranty or was accidentally damaged, we can usually fix it. Reach out to us to set up a repair. After inspecting the unit, we’ll provide an estimate. Our goal is always to get your gear working again quickly and affordably.
